LIAM TODD AGA(SA)
Fully remote but based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Liam combines a strong academic background with hands-on experience in modern business and technology. After earning his degree, completing three years of articles at an auditing firm, and obtaining a postgraduate diploma, he registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as an Associate General Accountant (AGA(SA).
Early in his career, he realised that his passion lay in working with small to medium- sized businesses rather than corporate public companies. While working as an audit clerk and later an audit supervisor, he dedicated himself to understanding the ins and outs of business operations.
With this foundation, he stepped out of the firm environment to gain real-world experience, taking on the role of Group Financial Manager for two years. From there, he made the decision to start Willow Accounting alongside Ann—offering businesses a practical, efficient, and accessible approach to accounting and tax services.
ANN TODD
Fully remote but based in East London, South Africa.
Ann’s career in accounting started from the ground up, giving her a strong foundation and hands-on experience in the field. She began as a Data Processor and worked her way up to Senior Bookkeeper at Price Waterhouse before moving on to an accounting role at another large auditing and accounting firm.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start Kei Financial Services, a family-run firm that she successfully ran for six years before selling it to focus on family and explore other industries, including real estate and clothing.
But accounting has always been her passion. After spending five years as a Group Accountant for a group of companies, she decided it was time to return to what she loved most—helping businesses with their accounting. That’s when she and her son, Liam, founded Willow Accounting—a firm built on expertise, trust, and a commitment to making accounting accessible.
